Steve-
I just wanted to take a moment to say “thank-you”. The motor upgrades and services you performed on my bike far exceed any workmanship that I have ever experienced from a dealer or local independent. I know that I called and asked many questions about cams, heads, etc before actually pulling the trigger on my build. You were very patient and informative in giving me accurate and proven information. The 6-hour drive from Southern CA was well worth it when it comes to top-notch workmanship. Your passion and integrity for what you do is truly visible when talking to you about motorcycle performance.
Let me assure you that I don’t hesitate to drop your name and give them your number when asked, “Who built your motor”? I know your business will continue to grow and will refer everyone I know to GMR for performance work. I’m looking forward to seeing you & Michelle soon and riding that one-of-a-kind sporty. Make that scooter turn heads!!!
Again, thank you for doing quality workmanship. There isn’t much of that around anymore. Keep it up Steve!!!

Steve,
I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with you and your
operation. Your attention to detail is unsurpassed. As you know,
there were a lot of problems with my previous build and I appreciate
you working with me to resolve those issues. Even after the new
build was complete you stepped in to help with the unrelated issues
in my transmission and clutch.
It is very refreshing to see someone operating a business where
ethics and integrity are the the first priority... especially in the
world of motorcycle mechanics.
I now feel that I can ride knowing that my components are in fact
designed to operate together for longevity, reliability, and maximum
performance. Thanks for putting this system together and for the
knowledge you so willingly share. I have and will continue to
recommend you to others.
One more note... this build is just amazing!!!
May you enjoy continued success,
A very satisfied customer,
Mike De Luca (aka 8-Ball)
Hi Steve and Michelle;
Thanks for all the hard work on my engine upgrade,
especially considering the email and phone problems
from half way around the world.
I am about half way through breaking in my new 98" kit
and all I can say is wow. I immediately noticed a 10
degree drop in oil temperature and a smoother idle. I
can't wait to finish breaking it all in.
Thanks again,

Dear Steve and Michele,
I know I was a pain customer trying to get everything to me as fast as I wanted it and also the problem with the bolt in the head did not help matters any, so I wanted to send you a picture of the completed bike and a scan of the last three runs on the dyno. As you can see with the CV carb most of the runs were averaging about 105 hp and 120 lbs or torque. The guys at the Harley store were very impressed, especially with the drag pipes (though I used a 5/16 fender washer mounted on a locking swivel to create back pressure and to be able to tune the pipes).
The best thing I can say was that my “brother” who helped me assemble the bike was really impressed after speaking with Steve. He is a true mechanic, not just a parts changer and he thought Steve’s knowledge about the motors and what he (Steve) was doing to the motor with the kit was excellent.
I hate to sound like an infomercial, but I think that this is the most bang for the buck you can get when upgrading your mill.
Thank you very much for everything
